A workshop for releasing self-blame and guilt

You know your losses, your pregnancy complications, your fertility challenges, or your baby's NICU stay wasn't your fault.


You know that cognitively.


But every cell in your body is blaming you for all of it. For failing. For being broken. For putting your child(ren) and your family through it all. For not being able to hold up your end of the bargain. 


The guilt consumes you daily as you watch your partner or your child struggle in ways that you believe they shouldn't have to if your body could do what it's supposed to do. 


And that guilt turns into a heavy darkness that feels impossible to shake somedays. A darkness that you're convinced is starting to affect your health. 


You've tried all the journaling, affirmations, and thought-based exercises to pull you out from the weight of the self-blame, but those thoughts just won't stop.


"This is my fault" is all you hear and feel all day long. 


It's time to do something radically different.


During this 60-minute collaborative workshop, somatic trauma professional and integrative high-risk pregnancy specialist, Parijat Deshpande, will teach you 


1) why forgiveness is so difficult after a tumultuous family-building journey


2) key practical and somatic elements to forgiveness after infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, pregnancy complications, preterm birth, and NICU time


3) why thought based practices won't work


4) why you may be trying to forgive yourself too soon (and what to do instead)


Your questions will be answered.


Not only will you get to learn from her directly, but half of the collaborative workshop will be dedicated to answering your specific questions about forgiving yourself after a complex family-building journey.


Implementation is where change happens.


You'll have an opportunity to practice implementing the strategies she suggests while you're in the room so you can get real time advice on how to adjust the strategies for your body, your health, and your life. 


You'll walk away with newfound compassion for yourself and a tangible, implementable path to forgiveness so you can free yourself from the blame you've been living with and begin living the life with the health you deserve.
